Wowzers! What an incredible experience it is playing this sweet, sweet, delicate beast! By "delicate" I mean that the subtleties and dynamics I get when playing with my guitar's volume knob and finger touch, are outstanding! This is even BETTER than I remember my old '66 model back in the day.... and safe! That one still had the original cord (yikes!), and I did get shocked a few times. This little angel is right in the pocket for me; brawny, throaty and yet open when pushed to overdrive with a sweet compression at higher levels, and she sings sweet, clear and "chimmy" when backing off - like an early Marshall and a BF Super Reverb all in one. Wow, I don't pretend to know all of the details of what you did in restoring her, but I struggle to understand how you let her go! LOL! Crazy versatile when jumpered too! It is delightfully 'fine-tunable' that way. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how things were going. You have some magic in your 'vision' of sound, my friend! Lovely in all respects. Oh, and she pairs beautifully with a pair of Celestion V Types (8ohms) wired to 4 ohms. As I expand my speaker/cab collection it will be a delightful journey for her..... and my ears!
